I can see where a medium size might run small, but theirs wouldn't fit Kate Moss. It was also really long....down to my middle thigh.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review—even if this one stung a little. We’re sorry the fit didn’t work out for you. Our tees are unisex, which can sometimes land somewhere between “fits great” and “is this a tunic?” depending on your build and expectations.
At 5'8', 170lbs, you absolutely should have gotten something wearable—and the fact that it didn’t fit means we want to make it right. While we don’t sew the shirts ourselves (we leave that to the pros), it’s totally possible you got a rare misfit from the batch. Weird stuff happens in manufacturing sometimes, and we’re here for it when it does.
