Returns Policy – SnarkySparrow
At SnarkySparrow, we want you to love your gear, but if a return is needed, we’ve got you covered! Our return policy lasts 30 days. After this period, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return: To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand, and start your return by contacting us at info@snarkysparrow.com
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale & Custom Items
Only regular-priced, non-custom items are eligible for refunds. Sale and custom items can’t be refunded.
Exchanges

Gift Returns
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for your return. If the item wasn’t a direct gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service or insurance.
